Important Information Before Purchase & Shipping
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces and will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.
The copyright of all artworks belongs to the artist. The artworks may also be used in future print products, artwork introductions, and other activities related to the artist's work.
All products in this shop can be shipped both domestically and internationally.
Shipping of Original Artworks
Shipping within Japan
・A flat shipping fee of ¥1,500 (tax included)
・Free shipping for orders of ¥50,000 (tax included) or more
International Shipping
・A flat international shipping fee of ¥12,000 (tax included)
・For orders containing multiple products, the above fee applies per shipment.
・Orders of ¥50,000 (tax included) or more are not eligible for free shipping.
(International shipping is not eligible for free shipping.)
Shipping of Print Products
Shipping costs for print products vary depending on the item and destination.
Please check the shipping fee displayed at checkout.
Print products are made to order and printed and shipped after your order is placed. Therefore, delivery may take longer than for original artworks.
The estimated delivery time is approximately 2–3 weeks from the time of order.
Delivery times may vary depending on production and shipping conditions, as well as the destination.
Please keep this in mind before placing your order.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
・For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply in accordance with local laws.
・These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of this before placing your order.
・Tax and customs regulations vary by country and region. For details, please contact the customs authority in your country of residence.
Shipping Methods
Original Artworks
・Orders are shipped via Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or international courier services such as DHL.
・Domestic orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days from the time of order.
・International orders are generally delivered within 10–20 business days from the time of order.
Print Products
・Print products are made to order and shipped after production.
・The estimated delivery time is approximately 2–3 weeks from the time of order.
・The actual delivery time may vary depending on production and shipping conditions, as well as the destination.
Notes
・For international shipments of framed artworks, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the size and weight.
・International shipping may not be available to certain regions.
